The USCCB provides resources every year for the celebration of Catechetical Sunday, the day on which parish volunteers, Catholic school teachers, parish staffs and clergy who are involved in catechetical ministry are recognized and celebrated. The resources provided are helpful not only on the day if the celebration - on Sunday September 13 at St. Thomas More - but throughout the year. These include: A Prayer for Catechists - please pray for our catechists, and the work that they do. A Family Commitment prayer - for families to become hearers and followers of God's Word in all that they do Advice for Families on Sharing the Word at Home A Family Enthronement of the Bible Prayer A Family Retreat - "Nourishing Our Family With God's Word" More seasonal resources will appear here later in the year!
