Catholic Faith Formation Ministries

Portfolio Leaders:
Mary Ennis and Lauralee Long

Catholic Formation Ministries are educational, spiritual, sacramental and community building programs with the purpose of bringing knowledge of Christian living, the Catholic faith and sacramental preparation to St. Thomas More parishioners. As such, they touch the lives of every member of the community and should provide effective resources for personal and communal spiritual development.

Immersed In Christ
Parishioners participate in a program that integrates Sunday liturgies, small faith-sharing groups and catechesis into coherent experiences of evangelization. During the six weeks of Lent, groups of parishioners gather at hosts' homes to share faith experiences relating to the Sunday readings and discuss questions from various resource materials. Lively conversations often lead to insightful discussions of personal faith journeys. If you are interested in information on hosting or joining a group, please call or email Jim Hynes at 919-942-6237.
