Faith Development 2010/2011 Faith Development Program Registration Documents Registration Forms for the coming year are available now on the big table near the main doors of the Church, at the Parish Office, and on line here. The registration deadline is August 30. Faith Development begins on September 19. Faith Development Registration Form - for all Grades, Pre-K to 12th Personal Information Sheet - Form A - must be completed by all parents Sacramental Preparation Policy - read this if you have children who need to prepare for Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist or Reconciliation See Faith Development Calendar for Sunday and Wednesday meeting dates, Speaker Series, and dates of special events.
