Faith Development 2011/2012 Faith Development Program Registration Documents Registration Forms for the coming year are available now on the big table near the main doors of the Church, at the Parish Office, and on line here. The registration deadline is September 1. Faith Development begins on September 18. Parish Membership Form - if you are not already members Faith Development Registration Form - for all Grades, Pre-K to 12th Personal Information Sheet - Form A - must be completed by all parents Sacramental Preparation Policy - read this if you have children who need to prepare for Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist or Reconciliation See Faith Development Calendar for Sunday meeting dates, Speaker Series, and dates of special events.
