“Amen I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 24:40)
Migrant Worker Outreach collects and packages toiletry donations from St. Thomas More parishioners. Donated goods and funds are delivered to a local clinic in cooperation with Catholic Charities.
Each summer, 200-300 health kits are delivered for migrant workers in NC fields.
This is a summer-only service project.
Monthly in June, July and August
Meetings are conducted in the Parish Center.
Estimated Time Commitment for Volunteers
We need volunteers to sort items into boxes to get them ready for delivery, which is 2-3 hours each month.
No special skills are needed.
