New Building Project

In 2006, the St. Thomas More New Building Committee completed development of Master Plan Phase II that identified facilities needed to serve the current and future needs of the Catholic Community of St. Thomas More. After reviewing several proposals and soliciting parish input, it was clear that Phase II project priorities should be: a new multi-purpose building with a social hall, meeting rooms, classrooms, and administrative offices; renovations to the Sanctuary; expanded parking and improved egress and traffic control; replacement of the art and music trailers with permanent classrooms; a new parish gymnasium; a columbarium; and a parish athletic field. Members of the St. Thomas More Catholic Community responded overwhelmingly to the ONE Campaign conducted in Fall 2006 with pledges that exceeded the goal. Groundbreaking is anticipated in April 2009.
