Our parish-wide publications are the weekly, bilingual bulletin distributed after all Masses, the monthly e-newsletter MORE News and Links, the Annual Parish Plan and the Annual Report.
Interested in submitting an ad for the bulletin? Send your request to Rachel Moltz. The deadline for submissions is the Monday two weeks prior to the weekend you wish the ad to appear. For example, if you want an ad to run on the weekend of August 31, you would have to submit that ad by Monday, August 18. Most ads will be translated into Spanish, unless the event does not include Spanish speakers. Ads will run for a maximum of two weeks on any four week period and should be limited to 50 words or less, longer ads may be subject to editing. We are no longer posting personal ads. Ads may not appear in both the bulletin and the MORE News & Links since we are striving to keep content different between both publications. All submissions are subject to editing.
If you have an idea for a story that you would like to run in the MORE News and Links, please submit it to Rachel Moltz by the 15th of the month to run in following month's issue. You can also submit full stories that have already been written. Please keep in mind that stories in the MN&L do not appear in the bulletin and that your article is subject to editing.
