Sylvia Reyna Tulis joined the staff of STM as the Assistant to the Director of Elementary Faith Development in August 2007. Sylvia grew up in Houston, Texas. She earned a BS in Biology from the University of St. Thomas and worked in vascular research at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Sylvia returned to her studies earning a Master of Art in Theological Studies from the University of St. Thomas at St. Mary’s Seminary in 2002. She and her husband, David, joined the community of St. Thomas More in May 2003. They have two children, Samuel and Lauren.
